We are lucky enough to have been running a female specific outreach service for the last six months. This has been made possible by funding from South Yorkshire's Police and Crime commissioner and we are most grateful. Nobody has an easy time on the streets but women have a number of complex issues and pitfalls that need sensitivity, professionalism and support to tackle.
