Training results

Our certificates came back today from the joint course we did as a staff team on handling conflict with difficult clients. We have all passed so that is good news. We realised that the examiner had put comments on everyone’s work, so we avidly read these. All were very good comments but unfortunately Sue’s was the best! The examiner really waxed lyrical over her work. Our dear manager did suggest that hers was the first to be read and that by the time he had read all the others he had run out of steam. Sue is having none of this and is wondering where the most advantageous place is for it to be displayed, also somewhere where it would not be sabotaged! Joking apart it was an excellent course and we are looking at further training that we can do together as a team.
