Make no bones x wicker camp x ben’s centre

The wonderful Sheffield plant-based kitchen Make No Bones have been creating in the kitchen and created the ‘Wicker Camp’ burger. Wicker Camp is a non-profit company offering inclusive Thai Boxing self-defence classes. They frequently support charities in Sheffield including ourselves with donations, clothes and food. They have decided to donate £1 from every Wicker Camp burger sold to Ben’s Centre.

The Burger:

Vegan fried chicken marinated in lemongrass, lime, chilli and rice wine vinegar, crusted with mixed sesame seed and desiccated coconut; Sweetcorn fritter, kaeng phet (spicy red curry) mayo, kaffir lime and holy basil infused slaw with baby peppercorns. Topped with peanut sauce and served in a MNB vegan brioche bun.

You can get your hands on the Wicker Camp burger at the Old Workshop, Kelham Island.
